1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Apex Web Designs provides web design, development, and related digital services as outlined in the selected service package and project proposal.

Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate project proposal or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins
25% payment is due upon design approval
Remaining 25% is due upon project completion and before launch
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month

4. Project Scope

The project scope is defined in the project proposal. Changes to scope may result in additional fees and extended timelines. We require written approval for any scope changes.

5. Revisions

We include unlimited design revisions during the design phase. Major changes after approval may incur additional charges. We'll always communicate any potential costs before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will own the website design and code. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with 14 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date at our standard hourly rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
